We arrange product samples from shortlisted suppliers and ship them to your location via DHL Express. Full tracking and feedback loop included.
We coordinate third-party pre-shipment inspections through SGS or Intertek. Moisture, defect count, screen size and cup score all verified before your container loads.
We manage all export paperwork: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and SGS Quality Certificate.
We liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines for container booking, port handling and delivery to your nominated port — FOB, CIF or CFR.
For buyers sourcing regularly, we offer monthly retainer packages covering ongoing supplier management, price monitoring, quality audits and deal facilitation.
